Tecnologías de Ensayos) has concluded in March 2018. This project has been carried out within
the framework of the State R + D + i program "RETOS COLABORACIÓN"
call of the MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND COMPETITIVENESS.
In the last
annuity of the project, preliminary tests on the developed technologies have
been concluded. After analyzing the results obtained, those technologies that
offered the best performance were optimized, among which we can mention the
load application systems, intelligent tooling, stress measurement methodology
by infrared thermography and accelerated fatigue testing system.
The final validation
stage of the technological developments has been carried out through its
application on a real aircraft empennage. The passive elements of the test rig
have been assembled together with all the developments generated in this
project and a fatigue sequence corresponding to this type of aeronautical
component has been conducted. The results obtained have been analyzed
and a high degree of correlation with conventional systems has been
demonstrated, evidencing the greater flexibility and high potential of these new
technologies.
DIEMETEN
project comes to an end with highly satisfactory results.
