investigación y el I+D.
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF ÁLAVA (DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TERRITORIAL BALANCE), THE CENTER FOR AERONAUTICAL TECHNOLOGIES FOUNDATION (CTA), THE UNIVERSITY OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY / EUSKAL HERRIKO UNIBERTSITATEA (UPV/EHU) AND AERNNOVA AEROSPACE, SAU FOR THE TRAINING OF DOCTORS IN TECHNOLOGIES ASSOCIATED WITH ADVANCED MANUFACTURING-INDUSTRY 4.0 APPLIED TO THE AEROSPACE SECTOR
The CTA Foundation – Center for
Aeronautical Technologies, in collaboration with the Vitoria School of
Engineering, together with the aerospace company Aernnova, have participated
since 2017 in an agreement with the Álava Provincial Council to promote the
training of doctors specialized in advanced technologies and generation of
knowledge for the smart, connected and sustainable aeronautical industry.
CTA kicked of the new project CONAVANTER
2021 – “Advanced thermal control technics development and sensor communication
for the optimization of aeronautic manufacturing processes” in
collaboration with the Engineering University of Vitoria. The aim of the
project is to continue with the research carried out by CTA in the last years
in the field of Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
This project, funded by the Álava
Provincial Council is aimed at
training doctors in Industry 4.0 technologies. Specifically, CONAVANTER will
investigate the development of technologies for the improvement of industrial
processes in the aeronautical sector in which the optimization of thermal
control is of special relevance.
During the progress of the project a new PhD
will be developed in order to contribute to the training of CTA specialized
personnel in the field of research and R&D.
