Del 16 al 20 de Julio se ha celebrado el 19º International Conference on
Photoacoustic and Photothermal Phenomena (ICPPP19) en Bilbao, España (http://www.19icpppbilbao.com/index.html). La conferencia ha sido gestionada por la Escuela de Ingenieros de la
Universidad del País Vasco y CTA ha participado como miembro del comité
organizador. En este congreso CTA ha presentado parte de sus estudios más
recientes en Termografía Infrarroja a través de una ponencia.
Concretamente, los resultados mostrados en la ponencia se centran en las
investigaciones llevadas a cabo recientemente con el objetivo de desarrollar la
técnica de proyección en canales RGB de resultados de inspecciones
termográficas no destructivas. Gracias a la actividad de investigación
realizada por CTA se ha conseguido automatizar esta novedosa técnica mejorando
la visualización de defectos presentes y haciendo posible su aplicación a
cualquier resultado de inspección termográfica convencional.
19th International Conference on Photoacoustic and
Photothermal Phenomena (ICPPP19) was hosted by the University of the Basque
Country at Bilbao, Spain, from July 16 to 20, 2017 (http://www.19icpppbilbao.com/index.html). CTA
participated in this event as member of the organizing committee and also with
an oral presentation showing the advances reached in recent studies in Infrared
Thermography.
Specifically, the results shown in the oral
presentation relates the advances in the development of the RGB projection
technique for data obtained in Infrared thermographic nondestructive inspections.
Thanks to the investigation activities conducted by CTA, the application of this
novel technique has been automated and improved in the visualization of
existing defects so it may be automatically computed in any conventional
inspection.
