CTA continues, together with
SEGULA TECNOLOGIAS ESPAÑA S.A.U. and the Institute of Research and Innovation
in Bioengineering (I3B) of the UNIVERSITAT POLITÈCNICA DE VALÈNCIA, in the
development of the project “MANTRA: SISTEMA INTELIGENTE DE MANTENIMIENTO
PREDICTIVO MEDIANTE TERMOGRAFIA Y REALIDAD AUMENTADA” financed within the RETOS-COLABORACIÓN 2017 of the SPANISH MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND COMPETITIVENESS,
and that has been approved receiving funding until 2020 (https://mantraretos.com/).
According to the global objective of the MANTRA
project, which is focused on the development of an innovative Predictive
Maintenance System, of equipment, facilities and machinery by means of
Intelligent Thermographic Analysis, CTA has developed a thermal behavior model
that allows analyzing the response of different electronic and
electromechanical components. This model will serve to identify and characterize the
correct operating modes of different equipment subjected to maintenance
activities, as well as to detect deviations that lead to failure or malfunction
modes.
Together with the theoretical analysis carried out
with the thermal model, experimental data from various industrial equipment,
including hydraulic pumps and control panels, are being collected regularly. These data will
have the double objective of optimizing the thermal behavior the model
developed and will also serve to train an intelligent system of fault
prediction based on neural networks that will be developed during the 2020
annuity.
