FASE FINAL EN EL DESARROLLO DEL PROYECTO MANTRA (RETOS-COLABORACIÓN 2017) /
FINAL STAGE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MANTRA PROJECT (RETOS-COLABORACIÓN 2017)

The project “MANTRA: SISTEMA INTELIGENTE DE MANTENIMIENTO PREDICTIVO MEDIANTE TERMOGRAFIA Y REALIDAD AUMENTADA”, financed within the call for RETOS COLABORACIÓN 2017 of the MINISTRY OF ECONOMY AND COMPETITIVENESS, enters its final stage (https://mantraretos.com/).

The most recent activities carried out by CTA have focused on the development of a failure prediction model that makes it possible to automatically identify and classify errors and abnormal operating states that occur in the inspected equipment. This technology is based on supervised Machine Learning techniques applied to the data captured by a thermographic sensor that visualizes the operation of the equipment itself.

The results of the study have led to the development of a predictive model that guarantees a failure accuracy greater than 90%, with a reduced computational cost that allows its application in real time. The next step in the final stage of the project will consist of the implementation of the prediction module together with the rest of the modules that make up the MANTRA predictive maintenance system.

ASAMBLEA PAE Diciembre 2019

On December 12, 2019, the PAE General Assembly took place, held at the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, in which all the results obtained by the PAE working groups have been presented and, especially, the "Strategic R & D & I Agenda in Aeronautics 2019-2030" which, with a structure Similar to the ACARE SRIA, it was created with the aim of being the vehicle that defines the technological lines of the aeronautical field in Spain and aims to align the strategies of the entire R&D and innovation.

The event was closed by the Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities Pedro Duque Duque.
